Bio
Life transitions and difficult experiences can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain about what comes next. I support individuals and couples as they navigate these challenges, helping them gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful changes.
In individual therapy, we’ll work together to better understand your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and foster greater self-awareness. In couples therapy, I help partners navigate communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, trust concerns, and relationship changes while building stronger connections and healthier ways of working through challenges together.
I draw from DBT and Emotionally Focused Therapy to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. My aim is to create a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, better understand yourself and your relationships, and develop practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges.
Taking the first step toward healing takes courage, and you don’t have to navigate that journey alone. If you’re ready to make meaningful changes and move toward the life and relationships you envision, I’m here to support you. Please contact our intake department today to get started!
