Bio
I believe therapy can serve as a space for clients to rediscover who they are or aspire to be. While self-discovery may seem straightforward, it often requires a deep level of vulnerability and honesty, which can be daunting to navigate alone.
I aim to create a non-judgmental environment where individuals and couples can explore their needs and wants to feel fulfilled. My approach is client-centered, which means I meet you where you are in your self-discovery journey. Together, we will identify your strengths and highlight areas for growth.
In addition to my work with individuals, I specialize in couples therapy. My training emphasized both psychotherapy and family systems theory, providing me with a comprehensive perspective when working with couples. Additionally, I utilize a systemic, solution-focused, and collaborative approach when conducting my sessions. My goal is to build a therapeutic alliance that supports you in finding your inner strength and motivation to achieve your aspirations.
On a personal note, I am an avid reader and love to spend time with friends and family. I am a huge animal lover and proud pet parent to two cats. Additionally, I enjoy traveling with my husband and exploring different places.
